Abstract
Most surgeons have been interested in especially superior and inferior transseptal approches in order to obtain excellent exposure as the key of success in mitral valve surgery for these reason these a approaches were become preferably using method. In our clinic, the cases, who were operated using classical and superior transseptal approaches through biatrial incision, were evaluated especially in terms of atrail arrhytmia in early and the late period, and residual ASD, duration of the operation, bleeding, and the results was observed to be encouraging.
