Abstract
Inflammatory pseudotumors are benign, essentially nonneoplastic, tumorlike masses, which are of inflammatory origin. Inflammatory pseudotumors of the lung are rare, with no predisposition due to sex or race. They are quite important because of the change of misdiagnosis as a tumor, clinically and pathologically. Frozen samples from a 27-year-old male to our laboratory by a preliminary diagnosis of adenoma and infected cyst hydatic by thorasic surgery department. The pathological examination was consistant with inflammatory pseudotumor, the case was presented in this article.
