Abstract
Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease or histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis, is a unique form of self-limiting lymphadenitis and typically affects the head and neck regions. It usually occurs in young adults and has a female predilection. The disease frequently mimics tuberculous imphadenitis, malign lymphoma, and many other benign and malignant conditions. Because there are many diseases in its differntial diagnoss, Kikuchi-Fujimoto Disease has been presented on the basis of the previous date.
