Abstract

Nonoperative treatment of selected patients with blunt liver injuries has become a standard practice in most trauma centers. Recent studies have supported the use of nonoperative treatment of selected gunshot wounds to liver. We believe that carefully selected gunshot wounds to liver can be safely managed nonoperatively. In this report we present a case with gunshot liver injury that treated nonoperatively.
