Abstract
Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (OSAS) is characterized with apnea, hoarsiness, daytime sleepiness and sleepless. This syndrome have been complex clinical features since all the systems were affected, mainly pulmonary and cardiovascular systems. It has been occured the risks especially for drivers and resulted in unexpected traffical accidents. Gold standart in diagnosis is polysomnography. Some pharmacological agents, surgical methods and nasal continuous positive airway pressure (n-CPAP) could be used for therapy.
