Abstract
Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome (NMS) is usually seen in patients who use antipsychotic drugs. It occurs in 0.5-1% of patients who use antipsychotic drugs and has high mortality rate.It is charecterised with fever, elevation of creatine phosphokinase, musculer rigidy, consciousness, and autonomic dysfunction. In this report we presented three patients with NMS, one due to metoclorpromide and one in adelescent, and one clasical case, and discuss the diagnosis, and management under light of the literature.
