Abstract
Rheumatic manifestations with acute myeloblastic leukemia can mimic a number of rheumatic diseases. In many patients, rheumatic manifestations preceded recognition of leukemia, may lead to a misdiagnosis and a delay in the diagnosis of leukemia. We found suitable to report a 16 year-old male patient with acute myeloblastic leukemia, whose rheumatic manifestations preceded, who also had received misdiagnosed and treatmed for juvenile rheumatoid arthritis before.
