Abstract
Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura is characterized by microangiopathic hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia, fever, neurologic abnormalities and renal dysfunction.The typical pathologic lesion, widespread hyalin oclusions in arterioller. It is important to early diagnosis and therapy of the TTP because of high mortality. We present the clinical characteristics, treatment and outcome of two cases of TTP and a review of literature.
