Abstract

Urinary tract infections (UTI) in adults includes women with acute cystitis, women with acute pyelonephritis, complicated UTI, asmptomatic bacteriuria and recurrent UTI. Complicated UTIs are by definition associated with conditions that increase the risk of serious complications or treatment failure. UTI is the most frequent bacterial infections in adults and it may be seen all age groups and both gender.
