Abstract
Typical radiological finding of the distal atresia with proximal fistula, the rarest kind of esophageal atresia, is a case in which gasless abdomen appearance ,directly in abdominal graphs, and the appearance of fistulae in upper pouch graphs or as an indirect finding, the small upper pouch are evidenced. In the cases whose upper esophageal pouch is dilated, advanced radiological examinations are not used and it does not require to freeing the pouch to search the fistula during the operation. Herein, a newborn with tracheoesophageal fistula localization which would not let the pouch drain and dilated proximal esophageal pouch, although there is a fistula, is introduced.
