Abstract

Myasthenia Gravis is an autoimmune disease characterized by muscle weakness and early fatigue. Although muscle weakness most frequently affects ocular muscles, its effects on the respiratory muscles lead to a serious condition. Because surgery and stress in particular exacerbate the disease, perfect anesthesia is very important. A case of mystenia gravis who underwent vaginal hysterectomy with epidural anesthesia has been presented.
