Abstract
Giant cell tumors of the bone are approximately 5% of all bone neoplasms. They place around the epiphysis of long bones in 75-90% of patients following after skeletal maturity. Only 0.5-0.6% of the giant cell tumor are located in the rib. We present a case of a 36-year-old woman with giant cell tumor in left fourth rib, which was partially excised. Although rare, giant cell tumor should be considered in the differential diagnosis of the chest wall mass.
