Abstract

Right atrial anevrsm is a rare kongenital malformasyon which can appears all years fetus than adult.semptomatic cases can related with atrial ritm defect and pulmonary embolism. Specially adult patients who come with supraventricular tachycardy must inspect for organic heart disease. At this text 20 years old case with atrial fibrilation and together determined atrial anevrism to our clinic has been presented.
